Outgoing correspondence from George A. Parker, who rose to the position of superintendent of parks for the City of Hartford, Connecticut. The first .75 linear feet dates from Parker's time as Superintendent of the city's Keney Park (1900-1906). The remaining foot of material is from Parker's work with the American Civic Association Park Department (1904-1905).
